DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Yes we do ship GLOBALLY and shipping is either FREE in most cases or very inexpensive!
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
We ship from several different warehouses, we don't have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped separately. So you'll probably receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once… Rest assured, they will get to you.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Usually 2-3 weeks. Due to high demand of some of our most popular products, please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery. If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at email@example.com If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.

I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?
We ship from different parts using different carriers so some items might arrive earlier than others. As well, often times some parcels experience shipping delays while others do not. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please email us with your name and order number or use the Tracking number provided.
WHAT ABOUT POSSIBLE CUSTOM FEES?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country (very rarely this happens).
I'VE PUT A WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS AND/OR PICKED A WRONG SIZE/VARIANT! CAN I CHANGE IT?
We are not responsible for errors in shipping address entered when placing your orders.If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed within 24hrs from your order and are set ship out the following day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care, and we'll try our best to make it right for you. We understand how frustrating it can be to pay for something that you can't use.
WILL THIS ITEM GET TO ME BEFORE _________?
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday or occasional gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We try our hardest to process and send out orders as quick as possible, but we are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.
